What is AI Strategy & Consulting?
AI strategy consulting from Scalexia is a fixed sequence that ends in a playbook, not a slide deck. It starts with a discovery call to hear the problems in your words. Then a questionnaire that goes deep on how work actually moves through the business, a one-hour working session to ask the clarifying questions, and our own research into your process, tools and market. You get a written report and a call that walks through every issue and how to solve it, plus a playbook of follow-up strategies. If the plan calls for automations, voice agents or a website, we build them. If it calls for ongoing strategy advice, we give that too.

What happens in an AI strategy engagement?
Five steps: a discovery call, a deep-dive questionnaire, a one-hour working session, independent research, then a written report and a playbook call that walks through every issue and how to solve it. It ends with follow-up strategies you can act on.
Do I have to build with Scalexia afterwards?
No. The playbook is yours either way. If it calls for AI automations, voice agents or a website and you want them built, Scalexia builds them; if you only need strategy advice, that is available on its own.
How long does the consulting take?
About two weeks. The audit takes a day or two, the questionnaire follows, the one-hour working session is within two days of that, and the report and playbook call come within the week after. Larger businesses can take up to three weeks.
